That's prettyyy much what I'd like to say after every workout. Do I do it? NOPE:(
Womp Womp.
Some workouts suck...some days I feel like i'm running through a brick wall and have to give up after 2 minutes. But do I get back on the next day? You bet your sweeet ass I do!
Current routine
Monday: Class (usually some sort of tabata mix for 50 minutes)
Tuesday: Run 2-3 miles
Wednesday: Class again (legs?? arms?? She surprises us.)
Thursday: REST...mama needs some sleep
Friday: BOOTCAMP. Holy booty kicker....
Saturday: "Long" run...we're talking 3-4 miles at this weight.
Sunday: REST (or if Saturday's long run didn't work out I'll fit it in here).
And...I got a new toy!! Christmas $ well spent..I hope!
